Applications & Support
Suitable for concerts, exhibitions, conferences, product launches and stage events. Indoor and outdoor versions are available. Remote setup guidance is available, and local installation can be discussed for larger projects.

The Three Numbers a Rental Company Asks For First
Weight, power and case loading decide whether a cabinet fleet is practical — transport cost, crew size, generator sizing and how fast a wall can be built. All three are in the specification table above: 7.5 kg per 500 × 500 mm cabinet, 15 kg per 500 × 1000 mm cabinet (30 kg/m² for both), and 8 or 10 cabinets per flight case.
Use the maximum power figure when sizing generators and distribution, and the average figure when estimating running cost.
Ordering, Delivery and Warranty
Minimum order: none — a single screen is welcome. If your project is one store, one meeting room or one event, that is a normal order for us.
Lead time: 7 working days for standard configurations. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in writing with the quotation, so you can plan installation and your own customer commitments.
Warranty: 2 years on this product line, handled by us directly — you do not deal with a third party. Send us the cabinet serial number and a description of the fault and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
What pixel pitch should a rental company keep in stock?
It depends on the venues you serve: a stage backdrop seen from a few metres needs a finer pitch, while a large hall with a longer viewing distance can use a coarser one. Tell us your typical venue and audience distance and we will suggest a starting configuration.
Can the cabinets be built into a curved or angled wall?
Yes — curve locks allow curved builds, and stackable and hoistable configurations are supported for different stage layouts.
How much does a cabinet weigh, and how many fit in a flight case?
7.5 kg for a 500 × 500 mm cabinet and 15 kg for a 500 × 1000 mm cabinet — 30 kg/m² in both cases. A standard flight case holds 8 or 10 cabinets depending on the case type.
What power supply do I need for a rig?
Each 500 × 500 mm cabinet draws 50–75 W on average and up to 150–200 W at maximum. Size generators and distribution from the maximum figure, not the average.
Will it show moiré on camera?
At ≥3,840 Hz the screen shows low moiré under standard broadcast shooting settings. Moiré can still appear in close-up smartphone shots — this is true of every LED screen, and we would rather you know it before the event than discover it on site.
Do you supply outdoor rental versions?
Yes. Outdoor rental cabinets are available; brightness, protection rating and cabinet configuration depend on the venue and installation conditions. Tell us where and how the screen will be used.
Is there a minimum order for a single event?
There is no minimum order — a single event order is fine. Standard cabinets are delivered in 7 working days; send us the event date when you enquire and we will confirm the schedule in writing.
What does the warranty cover and how is a claim handled?
Rental cabinets carry a 2-year warranty, handled by us directly rather than by a third party. Send us the cabinet serial number and the fault description and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.
Tell Us the Venue and the Event Date
Send the stage or venue dimensions, how far the audience will be, and whether the wall is indoors or outdoors. We will come back with a suitable configuration and quotation — we reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UTC+8).
