Commercial Display or a Consumer TV?
A consumer television is designed for a few hours of viewing a day in a living room. Commercial digital signage uses A+ grade panels intended for retail and information use, with remote content management, scheduled power on/off and installation hardware that holds a screen safely in a public space.
Tell us your required operating hours — shop opening hours only, or continuous operation — and we will confirm the right panel and configuration for that duty cycle.
Ordering, Delivery and Warranty
Minimum order: none — a single screen is welcome. If your project is one store, one meeting room or one event, that is a normal order for us.
Lead time: 7 working days for standard configurations. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in writing with the quotation, so you can plan installation and your own customer commitments.
Warranty: 1 year on this product line, handled by us directly — you do not deal with a third party. Send us the cabinet serial number and a description of the fault and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.

What screen sizes are available?
43″, 49″, 55″ and 65″ as standard, with larger sizes available as custom options. Tell us the space and viewing distance and we will recommend a size.
How is this different from buying a normal TV?
Commercial-grade A+ panel, commercial mounting hardware, remote content management and scheduled power on/off. It is built to be installed in a public space and managed remotely rather than used as a home television.
Can I update several screens from one place?
Yes — remote CMS content management is included, with automatic power on/off scheduling. A basic CMS licence is included; advanced cloud features require an additional licence.
Do you offer touch screens?
Infrared (IR) touch and projected capacitive (PCAP) touch are both available as options.
Android or Windows?
Both are available as options. Tell us what you plan to display and whether you already use a CMS, and we will suggest the media player that fits.
How is the screen installed?
Floor-standing with a base is our featured format; wall-mounted and horizontal (landscape) options are also available. Send us a photo of the space and we will advise.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
There is no minimum order — a single screen is fine. Standard configurations are delivered in 7 working days. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the schedule in writing.
What warranty do you offer on LCD displays?
1 year on LCD displays, handled by us directly rather than by a third party. Send us the model and serial number with the fault description and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.
