Fixed Installation vs Rental — Which Do You Need?

Fixed installation means the screen stays where it is built: a wall, a recessed niche or a floor-standing base. Cabinets are chosen for a clean seamless face and, where there is no rear access, for front service. Use fixed installation for retail stores, meeting rooms, lobbies and control rooms.

Rental screens are built to be taken down, transported and rebuilt at the next venue — quick-lock cabinets, flight cases and no permanent fixing. If your screen will move, see our rental range instead.

Ordering, Delivery and Warranty

Minimum order: none — a single screen is welcome. If your project is one store, one meeting room or one event, that is a normal order for us.

Lead time: 7 working days for standard configurations. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in writing with the quotation, so you can plan installation and your own customer commitments.

Warranty: 2 years on this product line, handled by us directly — you do not deal with a third party. Send us the cabinet serial number and a description of the fault and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right pixel pitch for an indoor screen?

As a rule of thumb, the pixel pitch in millimetres should not exceed the shortest viewing distance in metres. P2.5 suits viewers from about 2.5 m, which covers most retail stores, meeting rooms and reception areas. Tell us where people will stand and we will confirm the pitch.

What is the difference between an indoor and an outdoor LED display?

Brightness, sealing and temperature range. This indoor screen runs at 800–1,200 cd/m² and is rated IP30 for indoor use. An outdoor screen needs 5,000 cd/m² or more to compete with daylight, IP-rated protection against rain and dust, and a wider operating temperature range.

Can the screen be built to a specific size or resolution?

Yes. Send us the wall dimensions and we will calculate the exact pixel count using our standard 320 × 160 mm module, and tell you how the finished screen will look on your wall.

Does it support front maintenance?

Yes — front service is supported, which matters when the screen is mounted flush to a wall with no rear access. Confirm your installation structure when ordering so we supply the right cabinet type.

What is your minimum order and lead time?

There is no minimum order — a single screen is fine. Standard configurations are delivered in 7 working days. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm the schedule in writing.

Do you provide installation support?

Remote installation guidance is available for your local installer. On-site installation can be discussed for larger projects.

What does the warranty cover and how is a claim handled?

This product line carries a 2-year warranty, handled by us directly rather than by a third party. If a module, power supply or receiving card fails, send us the cabinet serial number and the fault description, and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.

Tell Us Your Wall Size and Viewing Distance

Send the dimensions, a photo of the location and roughly how far the closest viewer will stand. We will review it and come back to you with a suitable configuration and quotation — we reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UTC+8).
