Need a different configuration? This is a typical P4 setup, not the only option. Brightness, pixel pitch, cabinet design and protection requirements depend on your viewing distance, installation conditions and local environment. Tell us your target specifications and site conditions, and our engineering team will review a suitable configuration with you.

Applications & Support
Suitable for storefronts, commercial streets, building facades and outdoor advertising. Remote installation guidance is available. Local installation can be discussed for larger projects.
Fixed Installation vs Rental — Which Do You Need?
Fixed installation is for a screen that stays in place: a shopfront, a building façade, a roadside structure or a wall. The cabinet is chosen for a clean face, weather protection and, where there is no rear access, front service.
Rental screens are built to travel — quick-lock cabinets, flight cases and repeated assembly. If your screen moves between venues, see our rental range instead.
Ordering, Delivery and Warranty
Minimum order: none — a single screen is welcome. If your project is one store, one meeting room or one event, that is a normal order for us.
Lead time: 7 working days for standard configurations. Your exact delivery date is confirmed in writing with the quotation, so you can plan installation and your own customer commitments.
Warranty: 2 years on this product line, handled by us directly — you do not deal with a third party. Send us the cabinet serial number and a description of the fault and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much brightness does an outdoor screen need?
At street level with direct sun, 5,000 cd/m² is the practical minimum, which is what this configuration delivers. Facing direct sunlight all day, or in a very bright open square, higher brightness is available on request.
Is the whole cabinet waterproof, or only the front?
Be precise about this — most suppliers are not: the module front is IP65. The rear of the cabinet reaches up to IP65 with proper cabinet sealing and professional installation, tested to IEC 60529. Tell us your installation (freestanding pole, recessed wall, indoor-facing rear) and we will confirm the exact protection level for your case.
Will it survive hot summers, coastal air and heavy rain?
The operating range is −20 °C to +60 °C. A light sensor for automatic brightness and surge protection are available as options. If your site is coastal, very humid or has extreme heat, say so when you enquire so the protection specification can be matched to the site.
Will the screen flicker on camera?
The refresh rate of ≥3,840 Hz is high enough that phone and broadcast cameras see a stable image rather than scan lines. This matters for advertising screens that will be filmed or photographed.
Can the screen be built to a specific size?
Yes. Send us the structure dimensions and we will calculate the finished size, pixel count and weight using our 320 × 160 mm module, so your installer and structural engineer have the numbers in advance.
What is your minimum order and lead time?
There is no minimum order — a single screen is fine. Standard configurations are delivered in 7 working days. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm the schedule in writing.
What does the warranty cover and how is a claim handled?
This product line carries a 2-year warranty, handled by us directly rather than by a third party. If a module, power supply or receiving card fails, send us the cabinet serial number and the fault description, and we will confirm the replacement procedure for your order.
Tell Us Where the Screen Will Be Installed
Send the structure dimensions, the site location and a photo. We will review it and come back to you with a suitable configuration and quotation — we reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, UTC+8).
